is a condominium, so one can rent the unit independently or through the management company; it is
one's choice!. And there are no limitations; Cabana can be rented for one day, two, or a number of
months. Because of zoning ordinances, Cabana cannot be occupied for more than 6 "consecutive"
months. In this case, rentals would be renewed.
